Shipping Information
Most orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse outside of Seattle, WA. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via e-mail if an item is out of stock. Items cannot be placed on backorder.
We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service). The cut-off time for expedited shipping is Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. Pacific Time. For orders received after 10 a.m. or on a holiday or weekend, expedited shipping time frames will begin on the next business day. Shipping times depend on your location. Approximate shipping times range from 3 – 7 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or to PO boxes. |
